June 2005 ・Established MONEY PARTNERS CO., LTD. in Nishi-azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan for the purpose of providing foreign exchange margin trading service to ordinary investors through the Internet and other means and started Foreign Margin Trading business
November ・Moved our head office to Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan
September 2006 ・Established MONEY PARTNERS SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. as a wholly owned subsidiary for the purpose of enhancing foreign exchange trading system development capacity
June 2007 ・Listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange's Hercules Market
April 2008 ・Acquired (short-term preferred debt: J-3) a new credit rating from the Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd. (JCR)
May ・Established MONEY PARTNERS PREPARATORY CO., LTD. as a wholly owned subsidiary which takes over the Foreign Exchange Margin Trading business for the purpose of shifting to a holding company structure
October ・Changed the company name to MONEY PARTNERS GROUP CO., LTD.

March 2021 ・Closed COINAGE, Inc. as a crypto-asset exchange and dissolved it.
